Today is the birthday of our beloved Chariji Maharaj. 

In 1984, one young abhyasi asked Him, just to know His birthday,

" When were you born?"

Pat came the reply from the Master," Before Creation!"

I can still recall the shocked expression of the abhyasi !

After quite a few years, Sri CSR, who was older than Rev. Chariji Maharaj, came to BMA on 24 July, to the  Master's cottage adjacent to the old mediation hall. As usual Rev. Chariji Maharaj welcomed him. Sri CSR said, "Congratulations to the new born!"

Rev. Chariji Maharaj immediately replied," Sir, l am yet to be born!" and hugged him.

I leave it to you to mull over the meanings of both the statements of Rev. Chariji Maharaj.

      As for myself, l have never come across, interacted, lived with a personality like Rev. Chariji Maharaj. He was the most magnificent, gentle, soft, lovable, erudite, majestic ..... well go on adding... personality! Who can deny this? He was compassionate even to those who didn't like Him or harmed Him.

If ever God walked on earth, it was He, our beloved Chariji Maharaj!

Let's offer our sincere gratitude to Him for choosing to be with us all!

      So many memories. Full of Rev. Chariji Maharaj. How can one exhaust them. 

       Rev. Chariji Maharaj is infinite in every thing.... knowledge, love, patience, compassion, commitment, discipline....

      Who on earth can measure His  unfathomable Personality?

      Eyes are filled with tears, mind with His personality, heart with His love!

      May He continue to bless us all!
